Thanks for the update.

Since I cannot sell without driving the price sub-penny, I will continue to hold in hopes that Marcus finally takes his CEO responsibilities seriously enough to fix this for us.

Presumably or at least hopefully he has moved beyond using his personal Paypay to run the company? Maybe he even has an accounting system? It wouldn't take very much for him to go back to the SEC and show that he's been running the company in a legal way for a certain number of years.

Or all he would need to do is to start filing on OTC.

And then there's the possibility that he sells the company. Surely he must be seeing that the window for doing so is closing?
