A reverse split should not happen but if they don’t get the toxic financings paid off and new contracts with either POSCO or Europe or another infusion like Exxon then reverse split . Some have talked about BK but companies like this don’t go BK just have RS and more RS . Look at $DRYS ( DRY SHIPS ) 6 reverse splits in 5 years
