For what it’s worth, it looks like Craig could be a senior partner in the Value Corp IR consulting firm. So associating the performance of the companies that Vaule Corp represents to DMAN makes no sense. Craig also own BB Winks LLC which is an active LLC according to the Florida SOS since 2012. So looks to me like he has enough experience in leading a company.
