Just being fair here to all investors !!

The SEC filings states the Company will sell shares/ dilute in the filing after reverse merger with Satel and Simlatus because the company needs money.

They paid off their debt notes that came due by offering new debt notes. I believe they call that revolving debt.

If I am wrong please correct me. All information should be accurate for all investors to see. Transparency...We rarely get that from pink stocks.
