Maybe my post was not worded in the correct way, I meant the MM opened the day at 5 cents down at $2.50, which to me seemed like a concerted effort to drop it below $2.50 with downward pressure, it did and has dropped below.
As I write, there seems heavy support at $2.42 for the sell and $2.45 for the buy, it`s trading at $2.45 as I write, but I run around 20 mins behind.
I totally agree with many posts over on Yahoo, we seem to be left in the dark by TKO and the IR firms. You would have thought they could release a non-committal PR to state they are in talks with .......... and a PR will be announced soon, but we get nothing as shareholders to sink our teeth into.
Colormixer is right as to one of his posts a few days ago, it was Thanksgiving, now it appears on the cards the stockholders meeting to be the next poignant point for announcements or before, but time is running out, only 9 working days, so if a sizeable announcement is to be announced it has to happen tail end of this week and into next.
Personally I don`t care which one it is, I just feel we need some form of news, as yet again, the shorts win, the stop losses kick in, some margins will kick in when bought about $3`s and it is those poor sods I feel sorry for through no fault of their own.
I am fed up just like you with the lack of news, guidance and direction from TKO, but I still have the faith and yet again have put my money where my mouth is with recent buys this week.
Long term I hope to be smiling, short term it hurts, just like it does to everyone on this board. The term no pain, no gain springs to mind, but the pain has exceeded the gain many times over this last year.
My main two concerns currently are what are the PP guys doing at present, are they just sitting and waiting, are they buying at these lower prices, will they start to sell or do they know what is going on in the background and they are not too concerned.
The second as I have mentioned before and I believe you have as well, is the payment of the $900,000 to MST/Musser in Jan 07.
It`s got to come from somewhere!! Does TKO have an arrangement with the recent PP guys for them to cover the $900k in Jan 07, will TKO get up front money for any of the alledged contracts, we don`t know and until a suitably worded PR is announced, we are all in the dark.
The only good points are we only have 9 working days before the shareholders meeting where no doubt much will come to the fore and be explained with a bit of luck.
I don`t short stocks, I am purely in my stocks generally for a long term, but it hurts to see this stock being bled at times, as no doubt we all feel.
