I am still not convinced about the magnitude of the naked short problem.

If there is a big naked short problem with NMKT and they are forced to cover....then the share price should go well past $0.78, there should also be very large volumes unless they cover surreptitiously.

Any 'forensic evidence' (ie. with LL2 or LL3)?
