Agreed.

That is what happens when you put some people in place that care and have some knowledge.

IMO they have been in the dog house long enough. The sales of the Ohio assets and moving toward the future expansion of operations in Florida represents a strong strategic pivot and brings in much needed cash, something not many of these companies have a lot of on hand.
