it now seems we are moving in the wrong direction in the face of a gale force wind.

there are more than a few people that are not very confident (scared) that the upcoming meetings will be anything other than a big disappointment, the future as well and the addition of BL is like peeing in the ocean.

Maybe taking on more debt (4M) for acquisitions threw them over the cliff.
