SNVPers Beware: The OS has been Heavily diluted to 1B shares now from below 400M (i.e. 0.4B) shares in 2017! In another word 600M shares were diluted at 0.0001 ~ 0.00009 (which is 90% Lower than 0.0001)) in just over two years! In contrast its Similar-OS-count and Same-Bottom peers (ACTL and FONU) have not diluted a single share over Three Years!

Who were those very stupid 0.0002 buyers or Illegal price manipulation painters after 750M shares dumped at 0.0001 or below (0.00009) (which is 90% Lower than 0.0001)) since 08/13/2017 alone? We did notice here: every time after 0.0001 dumping sales someone(s) always painted the price back to 0.0002 by manipulating mere 22,222 shares! From the chart below we can tell this kind of Illegal activity have been going on over a Whole Year!
