They have either answered those or are self explanatory. Except #1, they have not given details on that.

They are a PINKSHEET, they will not and should not file any 8k's or anything with SEC. They could make some OTC Supplemental disclosures if they wanted, that is it.

They will need to file a 10-12g basically registering their shares again that would included two years of audits and a lot of disclosures before they are obligated to start filing anything with SEC again.

Also they don't qualify for OTCQB and they also clearly said no R/S in a PR.
