Why would you think that treasury would be in a rush to settle. they can drag it out for at least a year maybe even two. If it was you do you think you would settle if you were treasury. It has nothing to do with the admin and wether re elect or not. best advice at this point is read the PSPA agreement. this is still in effect. NWS is the takeing that would stop yet you still have the guarantee to worry about. That is a fact. If they say the guarantee will cost you 1.5 Billion every 3 months this price as we speak is false and it will tankity tank
