Was this some kind of automated BS. Last I heard, maybe a month ago ESPH was active in Bankruptcy court???

Since when does the SEC suspend a stock that is/has an active bankruptcy court case?

I have seen tickers trade for 1-2 years even after they sort of died in BK court with no fillings.
