Worse, Greg Rotman sent emails to shareholders claiming the outstanding share count was 500 million AFTER the O/S was ballooned to 1 billion.

Since then there has been more dilution to take the O/S over 1.1 billion.

VYST management likes to lie to its shareholders. That is why the PPS is down from .15 to its current level.

Eventually, VYST will go sub penny. Supply and Demand say this is the truth.
