GM drum, yes October 1st is a hard deadline on the last possible day that VYST has to file the Rotmans closing Super 8k ok...and there's no potential/possible Super 8k filings extensions that VYST can utilize like when earnings filings are due ok.

Hence the reason why I remain adamant that our countdown to fun has most definitely begun, and we're now approx. 2 weeks away at most b4 the long anticipated proof positive fully audited Rotmans revenues and profits are officially consolidated into VYST's fully audited books k!

And in a perfect storm world, CEO Rotman and team will be doing their utmost to ensure that ALL they're pending commercial scale transitions from trial stage are lining up and preparing to occur directly on the heels of the oncoming Rotmans Super 8k, which completes VYST's long awaited commercialization era financial foundation...and provides them with the increased resources & leverage necessary to start securing BIG FISH commercialization era partners via licensing deals, royalties and jv's choo-choo>>>$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
