The market cap is currently around $4.5 million. There aren't very many potential companies looking to go public that would be anywhere near this low in value. This PPS is terribly low for it's current status and being fully prepared to RM with a company looking for a clean shell to go public. We should be closer to $15 million in market cap if you look at other clean shells fully prepared to RM.
