It always appears that way until the next round of selling takes place.
Probably will see a lower low than the last dump.

Have to wonder since Ross couldn’t use the Rule 144 because this was a Shell was he able to use one of the exceptions? 4(a)(1) ? Or a lawsuit to have them unrestricted and changed to free trading.
Ross has owned those shares a very long time.


But hey it won’t be a Shell forever so the shares will indeed be dumped eventually.
