Change in fair value of derivatives = $4,137,608 + interest of $1,077,445
Interest paid is indeed and should be considered losses, but the change in value of derivatives SHOULD NOT be really considered loss. As pps goes up, say next 9 months, it can give the company +$5 million in change of devivatives as income.
