what is the bullish case that this is going higher? based on what? mipsagargin going to phase 3 rumor turned out to be fake news being pumped by a few penny stock trading groups earlier this year. now they are getting current to sell more shares and attempt to pay off debt along with some crazy reverse split but how is that bullish for share price? what would cause buyers to come in and want to buy under these circumstances? what is the bull case here short and / or long term?
