You mean to raise capital to fund a business in which is the whole reason to go public? This company is getting cleaned up. Not much more to go. They will do an R/S. Uplist to the top tier of the OTC. Then go looking for a specific company to acquire. Maybe they already have one lined up. One that’s listed on the Nasdaq or NYSE. Lol.
