Below is from a SEC filing released March 14, 2019. It looks like they want to uplist to NASDAQ. So much upside potential here!!! Better load up IMO!!

Subject to the successful completion of the Offering and the issuance of the shares of our Series G Preferred Stock, we intend to apply to NASDAQ to have our Common Stock and our Series G Preferred Stock to be listed on the NASDAQ Capital Market. We may also determine to apply of listing on NASDAQ if we raise sufficient proceeds from the Offering together with revenues from operations that we qualify for NASDAQ Listing for both our Common Stock and Series G Preferred Stock, as discussed below.
