Nothing. My guess is that his broker or an MM took pity on him and let him sell the lot on the cheap. They sometimes do that. Don't forget, the closing price the day before was 0.00004. If an MM had bought at that price, he could have made money on the 7.5 million share trade at 0.0001. There were a number of trades below 0.0001 all week.
