I know they are checking everything twice and making sure everything is accounted for the sec but they still have, I believe a year to equal things out. What a scam. With all the buyouts, mergers, combos, partnerships( Epicept, maxim ,Ect Ect )for Big $ to get here. These guys drag their feet for 6 years and get it for peanuts. Fair value = Legalized theft
