You forget to mention the part that most traders with smaller accounts have to bide by (the 30 day rule. )You take a loss you can write it off IF you don’t get back in the stock within 30 days. So your strategy only applies to most who are not involved in the stock already. If your in stay in ,average down and trust the DD here. Its still a gamble because of coarse this is OTC. IMO 1 of the better 1s . All depends on what the company does from here and Nobody here knows regardless of what is said.
