We are far from the requirements at this point. We don’t know the revenue and we certainly aren’t at 3.00. There used to be a 12 month wait if you joined the otc before uplisting to big boards. SRDPee did a RM and RS but are still here on the otc because they are just getting started.
At this stage we would have to do a RS to get this done on top of meeting all the requirements. I’m still thinking there are two different companies at play here. Regardless, plenty of money to be made. Fun to watch it transform into something real.
