I am not the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to court matters, but I did find this.

Type in that case number to the search and click the results link, it outlines the docket on this Custodian Request matter... I'm not even sure what it all means, but it sounds like they dropped something and went straight to application for custodianship request.
The docket states the case status as open... so it looks like someone is trying to take control this company. I'm not sure why people want to hear from the CEO, when they should want this takeover instead from what I understand.
When companies are taken over by the custodian route in legal courts, a stock can run some 2,000% from what I understand.
All this being said, for some reason there are about 2 or 3 filings in NVSOS that are dated 2 or 3 days after the custodianship request, reinstating the company. So what's the story?
