Restricted stock or unrestricted, every company has both. The OS and AS doesn't change so no dilution, market cap formula remains the same. As the company grows, the float should too because of the value being brought in. Thursday was a perfect storm of low float,rocketing pps, 6 million shares sold at once, and an OTC stock that has yet to merge in assets, causing trigger happy shareholders. It wasn't dilution or negative news. Consider it a last chance gift for those that want in. Anyways, doesn't matter, just look at DCGD on twitter and you'll see where this is headed on Monday.
