Uhh there are only 2 class members . Its to late to get in on it now . And you would of had to have been a shareholder during the time frame the fraud was committed. And you do no the difference between the plaintiffs aka class members and all the defendants ? AKA the debt ridden shell who is under a stay and can make no cash settlement without court approval. And the other 2 defendants under no stay who can make any deal they want
One of the plaintiffs was seeking damages in excess of $150,000...
Imagine how much will be allocated to all the plaintiffs and class members!
