It still took 90 days for the transition to finalize IMO ,and the Fins was filed for that period.The way I read it is we will be starting fresh when the next Fins come out without the old rhetoric of Rick's old ticker everything will become completely irrelevant from those days IMO,when the Fins due on Sept 16th are filed.Rick will be done with all the old stuff,and like he said he is going to try and be instrumental as Treasury Secretary going forward.
