lol, who are you kidding? Maybe you are rik or john, this company was a fraud and was intended to be like this from start. FOr the past 3 years, they've been saying they are working on their financials and a big deal, while they knew from the get-go what they wanted, to defraud investors. Look at Rik's other ventures, he is a 100% fraud, and should be in jail. This stock is worth less than a toilet paper.
