Notice the officers of the JACO ticker and the state filings are different. They sold all their assets off 2 years ago. Jaco Electronics is still in business, but now privately owned by the buyer. Bought everything but the shell/ticker. CEO of the ticker JACO never made this public, typical shady OTC CEO. A simple phone call to Jaco Electronics will verify my "claim"
