The Company at this time would like to inform all Shareholders that the Company’s Financial Statement are complete at this time. The Company has completed and submitted an OTCIQ Application with the OTC Markets. The Company is currently awaiting completion of the Application Process in order to receive upgraded Login Credentials for the OTC Markets website. If and when the said credentials are received the Company’s Management will immediately upload all Financial Statement with the intention to bring the Company “Current” with the OTC Markets.


IMO if I am Xu writing this and know it's a process and i'm at the mercy of someone else giving the final approval I would use if and when to be honest so any delay that caused me to resubmit it or fix an error you couldn't hold me to a strict timeline for results.
