GNCP...Indeed, that potential "extraordinary" dividend to common shareholders would have multiple ramifications to the shorts. Obligations to pay certain portions of dividends, obligations to buyback BILLIONS of naked short shares, and all while being pressured to dig a deeper hole from the short squeeze. Add the influx of new investors from the barrage of GNCP updates on all fronts. Naked Shorts will then take on a new meaning!!!!!!...right as the fall/winter season approaches...BURR!!!!!!! I won't even go into the possible share buyback plan.
