see it this way.... We have 880K OS right now at $8 PPS, which equals a MC of about $7M.

NYS success + FDA clearance, should equal a MC of $45M at the least which is worth $51 PPS....

(Of course this will change based on the timing of a capital raise and the amount of shares used/issued.)

...even if OPGN issues 1.25M shares at $8 tomorrow, we end up with $10M in cash, and a MC of $17M, on the verge of FDA approval and NYS completion/expansion.
