3.) Who's to say, that EJ hasn't positioned himself personally or with JVEN, to buy up a potential capital raise, at rock bottom prices?

He's been unloading his VCTY shares as of late, and has the knowledge where to "park his money". (Plus he will remain on the BoD. )

If EJ/JVEN/MRK/TF/Qiagen.... now grab all of a capital raise, the float stays "tight as hell".
