And as the week closes.....Still no amendment filed with the Florida SOS for the Aug 1st action to increase the Authorized.

But that makes sense because they said they wouldn't be doing it until 20 days after they filed the DEF 13C and sent notification to the Shareholders....

And of course, no notices have been sent and no DEF 14C filed. All just bullshit at GCAN.
