It is probably a minimum of a year after the registration statement is filed. It doesn't even have a ticker and that is the easy part.

Originally Wayne said he was going to RM into a trading shell but recently he said he was going to file a reg statement. Those said, Wayne will say anything to keep the share selling ball in the air.....tomorrow he will likely claim Warren Buffet is buying it.

Hard to believe anybody would believe his tripe about the 1,000,000 tokens he paid $150 for in no-bid shares. Yes no typo....just $150.... all hype and vapor here.
