PLEASE READ. Full story behind JACO. First off, I'm not a basher and not shorting this stock. I actually do my own DD and I suggest everyone does their own as well. No reason for people to get burned here on a P&D of false information out there. So, here's the REAL story behind JACO.
I talked to the CEO for over 30mins on the phone a month ago while researching this ticker. Awesome guy, but didn't tell me what I wanted to hear. The new "owners" did buy ALL of JACO assets. Website, phone numbers, business, everything BUT the ticker. JACO wanted to retain that due to a lawsuit, and only way they could cash out on it is if they retained the ticker. So unfortunately all that DD I had done was for nothing. He finally called me after a week of trying to reach him. He said the state filings were very misleading and it was never publicly announced they had gone private through this transaction. The guy use to work for a subsidiary of JACO years ago, and ended up buying them out. I'm sure I'll get bashed now for posting my actual DD and people will say it's fake. I'm not here to argue, and this will be my only post. If anyone doesn't believe my research, which you should always verify other people's DD, PLEASE call any of the numbers listed on all 3 websites of JACO Electronics. All the same number, and the one that got me in contact with the new owner of all Jaco Electronics assets. PS: I can't reply to inbox messages.
