Yea, we wouldn't want those 39 billion barrels to vanish simply because of a few little hiccups like no funding and no prospect of ever getting any (we are coming up to the first anniversary of Mal's last funding "deal"), no exploration licence (MRT is soooo unreasonable, remember when Mal took them to an ethics board?) and now no effectively operational company.
