To those who have been following FCEL for a while, how do you set fair value for the company and what would be your fair priced market cap?

I am still working on my valuation process and how to assign a multiple but, just based upon some basic numbers for assets/liabilities/revenue alone (with some adjustments i'll keep to myself) i see the value at ~$276m with current share count that would be $1.72/sh. Doesn't imply any kind of multiple beyond what the +s and -s come out to.

All information taken from latest 10Q except current share count and factoring in the stated ~41.7m revenue from sales ATM.
