That's a good way to look at it. I was thinking along those lines at one point too. I would think many of those shares would be snapped up if major news comes out as many anticipate and / or institutional investors jump on board.

People keep mentioned about the dilution and it has me wondering though. Will HEMP Inc just keep adding to the outstanding shares which in turn might hold the price down...
