Yeah, 5 billion shares seems like quite a bit and the dilution worries me. At least 2 or 3 other people have mentioned the same thing recently and it is something to be aware of. I bought some shares about 5 years ago at $.02 and recently took another position at $.014. Most likely I will be holding for quite a while just to see what happens...
