MMEX along with GS Capital Partners LLC & Vista Capital Investments LLC clearly know better as well since the 15 MILLION Series A Preferred Stock shares GS Capital Partners, LLC. own are valued at approx. $0.04/shr against their $600k debenture...Hmmmmm = Mmmmm - Mmmm - GOOD!!
