Well I guess they may be the only public company that produces it as looks like Pura is a public co looking to partner with that is most likely non public. I feel like other companies get such a shorter approval turn around time for cbd beer or they just plow ahead and worry about the rules later and probably just pay a fine which is worth it to get the first mover advantage. JMO
