My understanding is-
Notis Global owns Shi Farms.
Shi Farms grows the hemp and sells the raw product to Mile High Labs-
Mile High Labs then refines it and sells the (many) products to other companies to use.
Mile High Labs also white labels products for other CBD companies.
Mile High Labs also has put one of their "monsters" (processors) at the Shi Farms Pueblo farm.

So NOTIS GLOBAL (Shi Farms) is the supplier of top quality raw hemp.
