Not yet. I`m really inclined to believe the answer is a definite "no", and was just hoping someone on this board could easily confirm that. I figured if anybody knew the answer it would be Cassandra, given her knowledge of all the SEC rules and regulations, and death-spiral financing. If she doen`t reply, I`ll just ask Robert. It sounds like you aren`t sure either, so would you be interested in hearing what he has to say the next time I talk to him ?
