Agreed on that note 100%. Huge M&A wild west period now in the market and nobody has a clear picture of when the next mega boom will happen.

Meanwhile more slow-downs on retail in Canada .... but I mean, we’re like the size of California so who cares? Haha...

But you and I both know that the market does not always respond to “reason” but rather “emotion”.... so let’s see where the big money goes :)
