Ystrategies is a venture capital firm and venture studio focused on using a bootstrap mechanism to build meaningful venture type positions in disruptive technologies. The most important thing we do is find, develop and advance technologies in a manner that allows us valuable ownership positions at minimal capital cost.

As you and I have discussed, we are dark until we have more than 300 shareholders. We are controlling the pace and trajectory of the business to advance its potential and assets over a classic venture fund timing model, consistent with sector growth and opportunities.
