Big players lol! Do you know what a PND is? This is currently a registered shell company - all of the insiders stock is currently restricted and they are not eligible for the SEC rule 144 exemption which would allow them to free up 1% of the I/O shares every 90 day period.

This stock shot up on small news with VERY little volume. There weren’t any “big players” and the only ones who were burned looks to be yourself and the other guy constantly posting that this is a scam.

This company is barely starting form and we are seeing the filings and small announcements which are setting the foundation for them to get rolling. There’s no chance this company would have been above .60 per share - it was simply an empty shell.

The company also can’t raise funds by selling shares through the open market - you continue to make comments that show you have no understanding of securities.
