No it started with you and me discussing VFIN who has sold the most shares of PLNI year to date.

I never stated in any post that [PLNI] entered into any Death Spiral Debenture. That I agree on.

They have however used PIPE's by the shear definition of it.

P.I.P.E ".... PIPE stands for "Private Investment in Public Equity" ...very simple."

That I have clearly demonstrated for you!
