Phd, I am sure that is a rhetorical question, but if not, read the filings.

The filings tell you that "Each note matures.......and is convertible into shares of the company's common stock at a conversion price equal to 60% of the lowest traded price of the company's stock during the 15 trading days preceding the applicable conversion date."

If notes are clearing today, they are obtaining the shares for .0006 and can sell them for .0009 or higher. Not a bad days work I would say.
